MEDIATION
Ruscuklu advises and represents clients throughout mediation proceedings in commercial and employment disputes, assisting parties before, during and following the mediation process.
The practice includes the legal assessment of claims, preparation and review of settlement terms, participation in mediation meetings, and the drafting of settlement agreements. Where appropriate, mediation is also considered as part of a broader dispute resolution strategy alongside litigation or arbitration.
